The head of logistics for Michael Jackson, Alberto Alvarez took to the witness stand yesterday in the Conrad Murray trial. His 911 call was played in court, and as it was played, Alvarez became obviously affected by what he was listening to, as he relived and recounted the events that took place on June 25, 2009, when Michael Jackson passed.
While on the stand, Alvarez detailed what he experienced, and what he was asked to do by Dr. Conrad Murray. In regard to the 911 call. Conrad Murray was giving Michael Jackson chest compressions with one hand, on his bed, according to the testimony of Alvarez. Alvarez helped Murray place Michael Jackson on the floor for him to then administer chest compressions on a hard surfaced. When Faheem Muhammad, Jackson’s head of security enterered the room, Conrad Murray asked if anyone knew how to do CPR.
In the 911 call, Alvarez said that there was a 50-year-old man that was not breathing, and that he was not responding to chest compressions. Alvarez did say that there was a doctor on site (Murray), and the paramedics arrived in a matter of minutes.
