Last week saw Bre go home. The girls who received criticism whine about it. Dominique voices my concern from last week about who Bianca will hold it together without Bre. Two minutes in, we have drama over the shower between Alexandria and Bianca.
The girls receive Tyra mail telling them that if it doesn’t make dollars it doesn’t make “scents.” Bianca and Kayla discuss their strength and weaknesses. Bianca tells Kayla she doesn’t stand out. Kayla realizes that she isn’t standing out this season – something I’ve thought all along, especially since she was such a strong contender in her season. Kayla tells Bianca she can come off as a bitch. Nooo! Really? You think?
At the challenge, the girls find out they have to choose three fragrances and they will have their own perfumes blended for them. The girls all create fragrances – trying to stick close to their brand word from earlier in the season. Except for Allison who calls her Honeyblood?!? The challenge – the girls have to market their scents from bath tubs at a party for the fans. The fans will choose the winner, and that girl will be safe from elimination.
Bianca is upset, saying no professional model would subject themselves to this. Eva from Cycle 3 is on hand to interview the girls. Bianca refuses to get in the tub – maybe this will finally get her sent home. I mean, come on, even Nigel got in a tub.
The fans have rated the perfume. The winner is Lisa. Love her or hate her, the girl makes an impression. Bianca is her usual negative self saying the only thing she would change about the challenge was her shoes.
The photo shoot this week is a night shoot, and the girls will be shot while riding on a motorcycle. The girls are supposed to be channeling reality show stars Snooki (Jersey Shore) or Nene (I don’t know who she is). The girls are towed around on a motorcycle affixed to a trailer. Lisa nails her photo shoot, impressing Mr. Jay. Bianca uses a pickle because evidently it’s Snooki’s favorite food. Mr. Jay makes her get rid of it as it looks WAY too phallic.
The panel is the next day, and Bianca is working on her case to the judges for why she didn’t get in the tub. The girls all seem sure that there will be a double elimination this week.
When the girls walk into panel, Kathy Griffin is the guest judge this week. Most of the girls dressed as Nene get pretty good reviews, even Alexandria who frustrated Mr. Jay with her one note performance. They’re not happy with Bianca. She tries to defend herself, but Tyra shoots her down quickly.
In deliberation, it seems pretty obvious, we’re going to see Kayla and Bianca in the bottom two.

That leaves Shannon, Kayla, and Bianca. It looks like the girls were right. It’s a double elimination week. Tyra says only one of them will be continuing on. She tells Shannon she’s too safe to stand out. Kayla is told she has become a watered down version of herself from her first season. Bianca is told she isn’t coachable and the judges are worried about her.
Lisa wins the immunity challenge and then follows up with top photo. She’s had her best week. Personally, I’m pulling for Laura.
Shannon gets her name called. I’m a little surprised. I thought Kayla would stay. But I am so happy that Bianca is gone. I might be able to make it through the rest of the season.
