Ashley and JP from ABC’s The Bachelorette 2011 aren’t letting any grass grow under their feet now that they can be together in public. Ashley Hebert moved to NYC in August to live with JP Rosenbaum, and they have been actively looking for a bigger apartment together. Many of their weekends together have been spent traveling, and this weekend was no exception. They spent Friday through Sunday back in Maine again, but made sure to get back to NYC for Sunday evening plans.
JP and Ashley went to northern Maine for the Labor Day weekend, catching up with Ashley’s family in her hometown of Madawaska. The two had a wonderful weekend, and JP even joked on Twitter that they had purchased a home and they were ditching NYC. This weekend they found themselves back in Maine, and JP got the opportunity to experience a different area of Maine. Rather than make the long trip up to Madawaksa, which appears to be a solid 12-hour or so drive or a 3-4 hours flight with a connection, Ashley and JP stuck to the southern part Maine.
Fans certainly have not forgotten Ashley’s sister, Chrystie Corns, from her appearances on both The Bachelorette and The Bachelor. Luckily, despite the rough meeting between JP and Chrystie in Fiji, the two have bonded now and get along wonderfully. Ashley and JP visited Chrystie this past weekend in the Portland area, and it sounds like the weekend flew by quickly.
Despite an issue with a flat tire Sunday morning, Ashley and JP enjoyed time with Chrystie in Portland and made it back to NYC in plenty of time for Ashley’s runway debut. Ashley walked in the Boy Meets Girl USA fashion show, which benefited the American Red Cross in remembrance of 9/11. JP was there to support her, and fans are hoping they share some pictures since JP shared on his Twitter page that Ashley was “smoking hot.”
While it may seem that these two are extremely busy and on the go much of the time, they are also excited to spend quiet time together in the city. They are enjoying the restaurants and local friends, and are anxious to settle on a new apartment together. Fans are thrilled to see these two making the most of their love and life together.
The Bachelorette is done until next spring, but the Bachelor Pad 2 finale airs Monday night. Who will win the $250,000 prize? Fans will get a full three hours of Bachelor Pad 2 on ABC, Channel 15 in the Scottsdale area, as the finale begins at 7 p.m.
