The Conrad Murray trial had its third day in court yesterday. The main witness was Alberto Alvarez who remained on the witness stand for quite some time. Alvarez recounted many details about working for Michael Jackson as the head of logistics, as well as what he experienced on June 25, 2009.
After being examined by the prosecution, Alvarez was then cross-examined by Ed Chernoff, and a video was played in court. The video contained footage of the scene outside of the room where Michael Jackson was placed at UCLA, after it was pronounced that he had passed. Alvarez was asked to identify himself on the video tape. Alvarez stated that he was instructed to not let anyone go through the door — guarding Jackson.
Alberto Alvarez was also asked by the defense if he could identify anyone else in the video that was played in court yesterday. Alvarez’ 911 call was also played by the prosecution yesterday, and everything that was said between he and the paramedics was thereby made known.
What do you think of the video that was played in court? What did you think of the testimony that Alberto Alvarez gave yesterday? Have you been tuning in each day to watch the trial coverage?
