Snooki of The Jersey Shore fame seems to be igniting fury in physicians by promoting diet pills which they refer to as possibly dangerous and find out her boasting of these pills totally atrocious.
This advocacy of the diet pills Zantrex-3 is much stir among diet experts especially with Snooki boosting to use them right before rigorous exercise.
Zantrex-3 is a diet drug with a host of herbs such as green tea, yerba made and good old fashioned caffeine. It seems the thorough effect of this diet pill is the caffeine. The drug safety information for the product does warn against using the pills with other caffeine containing beverages, foods and medication due to the fact of too much caffeine could cause nervousness, sleeplessness, irritability and at times rapid heart beat.
Dr. Carl Lavie, Director of the Stress Testing Lab at John Ochsner Heart and Vascular Institute mentions that when taking into consideration that in some cases Zantrex-3 is known to raise the heart rate, exercising on this diet pill could be bad for the heart.

He further notes that the amounts of caffeine and other ingredients contained in the Zantrex pill could vary from bottle to bottle and pill to pill.
Noted side effects of Zantrex-3 include:
Cardiovascular due to the fact this product could increase heart rate and cause irregular heart beats or palpations. A rise in blood pressure may also result.
Gastrointestinal such as vomiting, diarrhea and stomach discomfort should subside however, if they persist seek medical attention.
Green tea has been promoted for weight loss. Research from China had demonstrated that regular consumption of green tea can significantly and positively effect body composition in moderately overweight persons. Green tea supplements are also available just in case you do not want to drink the tea. You also need to have regular exercise and follow a proper diet.

ConsumerLab.com that tests dietary supplements to see what they actually do contain in late 2005 examined Zantrex-3 and found it contained immense caffeine amounts 1,223 milligrams which is a larger does of caffeine than what you would get if you drink 35 cans of classic coke or 12 cups of expresso.
