To start, try the House Cured Salmon Gravlax – Wild Atlantic salmon cured on the premises, served with rocket arugula, lemon vinaigrette, slivered red onion, fried capers, spicy mustard and crostini. If oysters are your passion, go with the Oysters Rockefeller – Fresh seasonal oysters served New Orleans style with creamed spinach, bacon & shaved parmesan cheese.
One of the favorites at Donovan’s Prime Seafood is the Bacon Wrapped Shrimp – Grilled prawns stuffed with crab and wrapped in bacon. If you want something a little different, go with the Kona Crusted Ahi – Hawaiian Ahi dusted with kona coffee spice & green garlic sauce. If you can’t do without steak, the best cuts are available; USDA Prime Filet Mignon, USDA Prime Ribeye, USDA Prime New York Strip, USDA Prime Bone-In New York. You may even request “Oscar Style” on any steak (top any steak with Alaskan King Crab meat, baby asparagus, & béarnaise sauce). All entrees are served with Chef Ronald’s fresh vegetables and choice of: Garlic Smashed Potatoes, Au Gratin Potatoes, Roasted Potatoes or Saffron Risotto.
