Looking around, wondering if this day will bring joy and happiness, while thinking about what you have and don’t have all in the same breath. How is it that we sometime start the day with negative thoughts and complaints? Why can’t we just say thank you Lord for allowing us to see another day that wasn’t promised to us? Why do we wake up shooting ourselves in the foot, when the foot has nothing to do with your anything? We have the option to live life in its fullness, or the choice to walk in its barrenness. The fullness is speaking those things that will bless and not curse you or anyone today. You can stand by knowing you are the head, and not the tail; you are above and not beneath.
Today, you can learn to walk by faith, and not by sight. Today, you can walk in freedom, and not in defeat. Today, you can change your walk, by the way you talk. Today you can kiss misery good bye. You can have sunshine on a cloudy day. Look at what you don’t have, and see what you will have. You don’t have to grasp for straws today. See yourselves with a God view. Stop looking crazy, and start looking sane in the good things that are coming your way, on this cloudy day. It doesn’t matter what the forecast reads, it only matters what you will receive. Today, make the choice to read the right playbook. Read the book that will give you a hope and a future. Know who wrote the playbook. Know who first made the plays. Listen to the greatest Coach of all time, and prepare yourselves to win the game of the season. Make sure you know the Coach well in order to hear and know the plays. It’s time to walk over the opposing team with your new plays, and then you call it a day, and remember, that “Everything is going to be all right.”
