For decades, the Guggenheim Museum has been a “must see” location for New Yorkers and tourists alike. The architectural icon houses some of the most innovative installations and exhibits around (not to mention classes, lectures and performances). If you truly love the Guggenheim then you must check out the Guggenheim Store. Available to shop in person, we are most interested in their online site as it recently received a facelift, and slew of new products. If you have never shopped the Guggenheim Store you are missing out on a chance to take home a piece of modernity.
As lovers of home décor, we are always excited to check out fun products and accessories. The Guggenheim Store is a great place to find tabletop objects, contemporary gifts and art (of course) for your home. One of our favorite collections is by a woman named Tina Frey (not to be confused with Tina Fey) that offers resin dinnerware/serveware in a creative way. From the pinks to the asymmetrical shapes, organic becomes graceful.
Check out the new Guggenheim Store as well as some of our favorite pieces. To see more, visit them athttp://www.guggenheimstore.org/. You can of course visit them in person at 1071 Fifth Avenue (at 89th Street), New York,New York (check out website for store hours and locations).
