We all want to wake up more energized and ready for whatever life throws at us. But why not look beautiful from the moment you wake up? Well you actually can by doing small things during the night before and in the morning.
The night before you should:
Drinking plenty of water: Don’t drink a ton of water before you sleep, but the day before. Water helps in keeping your skin hydrated and is known for giving you a type of glow. To wake up with such a glow you need to give your body what it really needs – water.
Wash your face: The washing your face rule is actually broken by a lot of women, simply because we are too busy to remember! Don’t be one of these women. Washing your face helps in removing bacterial build-up, make up, dirt and basically junk from throughout the day. This is important in keeping your skin fresh and “breathable”.
Pull your hair up, in a bun: Pulling your hair up in a bun is actually to help remove any knots and tangles that can occur while you toss and turn in your sleep. You should comb out any knots and then pull it back into a twist bun before sleeping.
Brushing your teeth: This may seem silly to ad onto this list but it’s very important if you want to wake up feeling and looking beautiful. Make sure your pearly whites are well taken care of before you sleep
In the morning, you should wash your face. Its a very important thing to do and when you do this in the morning you are preparing it for any make up, dirt, or wind it may come up against. Be sure to also use lotion to also keep your skin hydrated, beautiful, and glowing. In the end the easiest and littlest things you do on this list actually have a really big impact on your look and feeling in the mornings. Have a brighter morning!
