Somewhere out there, right now, an ebay bidder might literally “say a prayer for the Pretender,” as one of the items now available in the Grammy Charity Online Auctions is a signed and framed, original cover of Jackson Browne’s 1976 classic album, The Pretender. The winner of that Grammy Charity auction will also receive two Jackson Browne orchestra (P1) tickets to the winner’s choice of show, played on a date between October 5 and October 24, and November 2 through November 12, 2011. The Grammy Charity Online Auctions are on now, and running through September 29 at www.ebay.com/grammy. All proceeds will benefit MusiCares and the Grammy Foundation.

The ticket packages also include and Ultimate VIP Experience for two to attend the12th Annual Latin Grammy Awards in Las Vegas. This package also offers tickets to additional Latin Grammy Awards week events. It includes attending the awards telecast, the after party and momentous Latin Person of the Year Tribute.
Also available for the taking is a Private House Concert with Darius Rucker. This allows attendance at an intimate invitation only concert with only close to 100 guests, performed in a private residence in wine country, near Sonoma, CA.
Proceeds from Grammy Charity Online Auctions provide much-needed support for MusiCares and the Grammy Foundation.
