Temple (2-0, 1-0 MAC) hosts Penn State (1-1) at Lincoln Financial Field on Saturday, and it will be an opportunity for a number of Penn State fans to see their favorite team in a different in-state venue. While most fans attending this weekend’s game may be familiar with the parking situation in the Philadelphia sports complex, some fans from outside the area may be making the trip to Philadelphia for the first time to see Penn State.
As many know, the tailgating scenes at Beaver Stadium and Lincoln Financial Field are a bit different. For reference, here are some of the parking lot and stadium details for fans coming to Lincoln Financial Field this weekend, courtesy of the Lincoln Financial Field.
The Philadelphia Phillies are also playing on Saturday, but their 7:05 p.m. scheduled first pitch should mean nothing as far as getting in to the complex for parking. Getting out may be a tad more complicated, but this complex handles cross-traffic often enough to handle fans going in and out.
For those attending the game, Lincoln Financial Field may have some different rules and regulations from those surrounding Beaver Stadium. Below is some of the important information regarding parking lot rules and regulations, provided by Lincoln Financial Field:

Penn State Blue Band making the trip
For those who can not make it up for a game at Bevaer Stadium, this weekend will also allow fans and alumni to check out the Penn State Blue Band, who confirmed to knotmove.com they will be making the trip to Philadelphia. The last time the band came to Philadelphia they performed their traditional pregame show at halftime, giving some a chance to see the traditional show.
