Living Green the American Dream
What is ‘living green‘? It’s an attitude about life and living. This ‘living green’ mindset impacts on all of life-beginning and ending with you. Everyone else’s journey to living green is in between the beginning and ending of your life ‘living green‘.
Living green may be a new phrase to help us ‘hear’ that we are evolving in the understanding of our basic needs. We don’t need food, clothing or shelter if our choices on how to live kill us, slowly or quickly. If we are concerned with our own basic needs, we are in step with the millennium-old dream that came to these shores through the World ‘s People and their Civilizations.
The American Dream and what it values is the World‘s-work manifested in its historical positive evolution. If we want the American Dream to fully and sustainably have the time and opportunity to become fully present and bless Created, then you are at the beginning of ‘living green‘.
If you are at this point, then, where do we go from here?
You are right. “How?“ We are at a huge crossroads of solution paths that are now either near- converging, diverging, or colliding, and we have to choose responsibly. We are at a crossroads as a World.
Consider all things prayerfully and seek wisdom from above. Today is the Feast of the Archangels, ask for them to pray with you for wisdom. Do we want more time? Then we have to make choices that give us time. Not choices that we know give us cancers or … Or that could. Choosing sustainable options are the only lasting answers. They keep the option of time available…a very pro-life or ‘for life’attitude. The greater risk is how do we walk away from what we now see as non-sustainable, because it has the potential to end time, or time as we know it and want it. These non-sustainable options, mid-range at best with toxic byproducts…think of this applied to SEMPSF-Spiritual; Emotional, Mental, Physical, Social, and Financial decisions you made in the past five years. Which of those had toxic ‘by-products‘?
It is Rosh Hashanah, or the Jewish New Year. Perfect itme to evaluate, consider prayerfully, and set new goals. Even if that means learning and thinking more about what ‘living green’ means for you. Your life. Your lifetime.
Think of your goals for the next five years. Which of those could have, or will eventually have, toxic byproducts for you or for those who love you? ‘Living green’ takes on a whole new meaning, one that support the inflorescence of the American Dream.
