Those responsible to make sure there is no fraud in the 2012 elections now has more to worry about than cyber-space attacks on voter machines.
Now it is learned that there is a possibility that anyone along the line that has access to these voter machines prior to the election could make changes in the votes by making a simple adjustment that could cost a mere $10.50.
The office of Secretary of State for Georgia is located in Atlanta. Atlanta is the capitol of Georgia and is responsible for the protection of all votes cast in Georgia. From the accumulated votes in the state, Atlanta will receive the tallies for them all; and with electronic voting, the results could be on the air in mere hours after the polls close. But will they be accurate?
The video at the left explains how this could happen; and it is most disturbing to say the least. Is there any way that voter fraud can be completely eradicated? Probably not. But for someone to have control of as many as one quarter of the voting machines in the US, it goes without saying that this is totally unacceptable.
The Vulnerability Assessment Team at Argonne National Laboratory in Chicago say that there is a newly developed method that would allow hackers to change voting results while leaving absolutely no trace of the manipulation behind.
“We believe these man-in-the-middle attacks are potentially possible on a wide variety of electronic voting machines,” said Roger Johnston, leader of the assessment team “We think we can do similar things on pretty much every electronic voting machine.”
There are basically two reasons why hackers would perpetrate this gross violation of our nation’s most precious freedom – the freedom to elect our own representatives – is that of greed and corruption.
This would not even have to be perpetrated by an individual candidate or party; and far outweighs who wins or loses an election.
America has enemies within and outside her borders. And there are those whose agenda is mainly to destroy America. There are plenty of wealthy nations as well as individuals who would not think twice about destroying this country.
The Argonne Lab, run by the Department of Energy, has the mission of conducting scientific research to meet national needs. The Diebold Accuvote voting system used in the study was loaned to the lab’s scientists by VelvetRevolution.us, of which the Brad Blog is a co-founder. Velvet Revolution received the machine from a former Diebold contractor and conducted these tests.

There are many other ways of bringing about voter fraud already. This is frightening beyond words. Can we even trust our own government anymore? There are always terrorists who are continually looking for ways to overthrow the American people.
