Veteran marathoner Judith Hagley plans to serve her guests carbs, carbs and a few more carbs. Think bread, lasagna, risotto and, rice, Judith advises. This year she is also serving up a homemade pumpkin bread pudding, recipe provided by local restauranter Travis Olson of 1789, And her personal pre-race favorite – Pinot Noir.
