The Conrad Murray trial started this week, and there is a huge amount of headlines, and worlwide interest in the trial. Nancy Grace, appeared on Dr. Drew’s show on HLN, and discussed the trial, and shared her thoughts about some of the things that have been revealed in the testimony of witnesses. One thing that Nancy Grace stated is making headlines. Nancy Grace revealed to Dr. Drew why she feels that Conrad Murray has been “undercharged” in this trial.
Nancy Grace told Dr. Drew: “This is undercharged. This should have been charged as a murder one. It is very confustion, but murder one requires the intent to commit the act, not to kill. The law presumes that you intend the natural consequences of your act.” Nancy Grace went on to say that she believes that the jury should have had the option to charge Murray with the following choices: murder one, voluntary, or involuntary manslaughter,” and that it should have been left for them to decide.
The head of logistics for Michael Jackson, Alberto Alvarez testified yesterday, as did MJ’s personal chef, Kai Chase. They both went through what they experienced on June 25, 2009.
What do you think of what Nancy Grace said? Do you share her opinion? Have you been following the Conrad Murray trial?
