Interface, Inc., Atlanta’s leading Sustainability Company, announced to its employees yesterday afternoon that Dan Hendrix was elected as the new Chairman of the Board, replacing the beloved late Ray Anderson.
Dan has served as Interface, Inc.’s CEO for over 10 years. He will continue leading the Company in the direction of their Sustainability mission and vision to achieve their 2020 goal while operating as both Chairman of the Board and CEO.
Mr. Hendrix started with Interface, Inc. as a young man and knows the very heartbeat of the Company. He began employment while headquartered in LaGrange, Georgia before its relocation to Atlanta working as the CFO. Since his appointment as CEO, he has successfully led the Company where it is today.
Interface, Inc. is the world’s largest producer of modular carpet and also a leading advocate in driving sustainability and the advantages of industry adapting to change environmental habits to positively effect local environment.
