New releases from Stephen King, Lynsay Sands and Jeaniene Frost

October 28, 2011

E-Readers are the new must have accessory, and with them you must have E-books. Due to this trend it’s hard to keep up with the new releases, since we are no longer looking at the board of new releases at our local bookstores. November, the start of the holiday season will be bringing us many new releases that are must haves.

First and foremost—although the release date was October 24th, it must be mentioned. Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson is a biography done in collaboration with the late Steve Jobs himself. This is said to detail the life of the brain behind Apple that changed the view on technology. It details events in his life such as his advice to Bill Clinton regarding the blue dress scandal, and also his thoughts on his competitor Bill Gates.

Stephen Kings’ newest book 11/22/63 will be released on November 8th. It chronicles the journey of men of attempt to go back in time and change history by stopping JFK’s assassination.

On the romance novel side/urban fantasy the much awaited release of The Bite Before Christmas by Lynsay Sands and Jeaniene Frost. The two top writers of paranormal romance collaborate for the first time bringing new stories featuring characters from their well known series.

Also worth noting that on November 15th Amazon’s Tablet, Kindle Fire, will be released. Just like its namesake, Kindle, it will be capable of E-reading. However, many more features such as instant streaming for movies and T.V. shows through Amazon Prime, it also will be able to play music and of course has apps like all other tablets. The Kindle Fire is open for pre-orders now for $199.
