“I’m not flexible enough,” “I’m too busy,” “I can’t afford studio prices,”….and so on.
Enough excuses. It’s time to try yoga… or do more yoga.
Why now? Because September is National Yoga Month – and many yoga studios and teachers across the country are teaching FREE, or deeply discounted classes, this month.
So it’s time to stop the excuses, and just give it a try – or restart your practice if you’ve allowed your regular practice to dwindle.
2010 was the first official National Yoga Month. Numerous studios, as well as yoga-inspired stores such as Lululemon and Lucy Activewear in Baltimore and the surrounding areas, gave the community a wide range of locations options to try yoga.
Once again, the Yoga Health Foundation is offering the Yoga Month Card where new students can get One Week Free Yoga during the month of September, which can be redeemed at one of over 1,600+ participating yoga studios around the U.S.
While some studios may not be participating in the Yoga Month Card offer, many are offering discounted or free classes in honor of the celebration – regardless of student experience.
