Glow at Lima features Norman Doray this Thursday September 15. Doray played Lima Januray 27 this past year alongside Italian DJ/Producer EDX, but this time takes over the decks solo. Lima is located at 1401 K St NW in Washington, DC. Brought to you by Glow and Panorama Productions, Glow at Lima, which was voted ‘Best New Venue of 2010’ by Armin van Buuren and David Guetta never disappoints. Glow Thursdays at Lima now allow and 18 and over crowd.
Norman Doray who first started spinning in several clubs near his hometown in the west of France, and quickly earned a residency in Lille, France and began playing abroad. In 2007, Norman teamed up with Arno Cost to produce the now legendary “Apocalypse”. This track put both Normanand Arno on the worldwide dance map, and gave Norman his first Essential New Tune in the well known Pete Tong’s radio show.
Norman Doray was also chosen by David Guetta to play their legendary Pacha party “Fu** Me I’m Famous” in Ibiza. Following in 2009, Norman Doray’s massive collaboration with Tristan Garner called “Last Forever” was one of the biggest club tracks of the year.
2010 has been a big year for Norman, we’ve seen him release the massive dance floor bombs “Tobita” which was Essential New Tune in Pete Tong Show, followed by ‘Chase The Sun’ with David Tort. He also did his own remix of Dirty South’s ‘Phazing’ and was asked by Atlantic records to remix Toni Braxton’s ‘Make My Heart’. Due to this success, Norman is playing in the best clubs in the world, including Lima, this Thursday in Washington DC.
Doors to the event will open at 10PM and close at 2AM, though Lima by day is an upscale restaurant and lounge with incredible happy hour specials from 4PM-7PM and a lavish menu worth checking out before the party starts. By night the lounge features state of the art sound, lighting and visuals. The Glow Girls dancers will also be performing for added entertainment.
