On Thursday, September 22, 2011, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., The Counter in Santana Row is having an End of Summer Patio Party. Adult tickets are $15 per person and include unlimited mini burgers, fries, and soft drinks as well as one free beer from Devil’s Canyon Brewing Company. Additional Devil’s Canyon beers are $3. Kids under the age of 9 pay $8. The party also includes live music by Gravyboat.
On Friday, September 23, 2011, Bella Mia Restaurant and Bar hosts a Mystery Dinner Theatre. The title is “Murder Among the Stars,” and diners can watch Madame Zodiak being poisoned right before their eyes and figure out who did it. No-host cocktails begin at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $64, and tax and gratuity are included. Advanced paid reservations are required.
On Sunday, September 25, 2011, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. the first annual Stroll the Alameda takes place. Those 21 and older can participate in the Wine Stroll. Tickets are $20 if purchased in advance and $30 the day of the event. The ticket price includes ten tastes, a souvenir glass, and a map of participating locations. The featured food of the event is from Habana Cuba, Tee Nee Thai, and Schurra’s.
And, of course, through the end of October, numerous Oktoberfest events are taking place throughout the South Bay.
