For a classy night out that also helps animals, dance for dogs in Beachwood this Sunday! Dog’s Unlimited Rescue is holding its second annual Muttsquerade Ball fundraiser from 5 to 9 pm Sunday, October 2, at Moxie. Moxie the Restaurant, is located at 3355 Richmond Road in Beachwood.
Tickets are $100 per person ($85 of which is tax deductible), for extraordinary food, wine, martini bar, live music and silent auction. Reservations are limited, so don’t delay! Actual tickets will not be sent out. Your name will be on the guest list at the door. Tickets are non-refundable.
Food stations will be provided by: Moxie, RED, Fahrenheit, Paladar, Gavi’s, Sara’s Place and Burntwood Tavern.
The event is being hosted by Cleveland’s fabulous Stefani Schaefer, anchor and host of Fox 8 News in the Morning. Special guest, Jimmy Malone, from WMJI 105.7 will also be appearing, as well as “Beemer” the miracle dog that was rescued from a vacant house in Gates Mills recently. Live entertainment is by up-and-coming Cleveland artist Taylor Tripodi.
Raffle tickets for Florida vacations are $50 each or 3 for $100 and can be purchased on the Dogs Unlimited Rescue website. You do not need to be present at the ball to win. Drawing will be held at the event on October 2, 2011. Tickets will be randomly entered into drawing for all three raffle prizes. Winners will be notified by phone or email.

Proceeds benefit Dogs Unlimited Rescue, an all-volunteer, non-profit organization. The group rescues animals from high kill shelters, hoarding situations, abuse and neglect cases and puppy mills.
