Yes, it’s election season alright…there are signs everywhere. And the current administration, with their plummeting poll numbers, is covering all their bases…bypassing the people’s Congress to fool the foolish (most of the 52% who voted for Barry) with specific economic issues…and now they have developed a ‘genius’ plan to ‘fix’ the inept foreign policy.
Now, it’s been said that there’s no such thing as a stupid question, just stupid people who ASK questions. The same can be said for the amazing tool, developed by the military (sorry Gore): The internet. There’s no such thing as a moronic website, just websites created by morons.
And the State Dept. has now proven this to be true…
In extraordinarily lame effort to reach the Iranian people, State decided to create a ‘internet embassy’ so the Iranian people would get to know the US better…since, after all, they were unable to ‘reach’ the Iranian government. (Aww…I guess all those invites to July 4th celebrations didn’t work after all…[schmucks].)
I have a wee bit of news for State and their Dear Leader…the Iranian people know all about the US and, as a matter of fact, tried desperately to bring pressure upon their government with the 2009-10 protests known as “Persian Awakening” which developed in response to the Iranian people’s anger of the overturn of their free election. And instead of supporting the people’s efforts, this administration, in their vast foreign affairs acumen said we shouldn’t “meddle” in Iran’s elections. But he had no problem, as leader of the free world, keeping quiet while the Mad Mullahs ‘meddled’ with the people’s election results, huh? (Oh, he also had no problem with the Mullah’s meddling in Iraq & Afghanistan killing our troops.)
Wow, what a guy…what a friend of freedom. The kind of friend that helps you by neatly placing your head on the block before its chopped…
So the solution for Iran’s tyrannical government, which derives all its ‘peaceful’ precepts from the Quran…is an internet embassy? With all due respect: What the freak???
Oh wait…they will also increase student visas for Iranians. Brilliant! Students, that the Iranian government approves will be the lucky winners. Will these be student pilots, by any chance?
Since it’s clear that I don’t approve of the current administration…and I ALWAYS view the State Dept. with dubiosity…I should welcome this moronic move. For eventually, it will at least move the ignoramus from IL or Hawaii or one of the other ’57’ states…out of our house.
Shalom through strength…
