We love Salisbury Steaks in our house, and I was looking to change it up a bit. Why not add a cream sauce and some stuffing? And cook the whole thing in the oven? Easy and done. I made this with my Stuffed Potatoes, which is an easy microwave recipe.
1 lb. ground turkey (or a really lean meat, or it will be greasy)
2 teaspoons Worchestshire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Ketchup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1/4 cup milk
1 package stuffing
Combine the turkey, Worchestshire and ketchup in a bowl with your hands. Form into 4 patties. Place in a baking dish with space around them (see slide show).
Make stuffing according to package directions. Fluff and top the steaks with it.
Stir together the soup and milk, pour over the steaks. Bake at 350-degrees for 40 minutes. Serve hot!
