The Pan American Restaurant has reawakened 202 Mott Street with its new brunch menu after a devastating fire closed the popular Nolita venue in the spring. Sparks are flying with Chef Harry Stoehr and Sus-Chef William Tuggle’s splash of color on the brunch scene as the venue’s brightly colored walls provide a ‘hue’ experience for diners to taste classic American favorites with a Latin American twist.
The restaurant prides itself on proving fresh and organic product with taste being at the forefront while creating cuisine that is both healthy and hearty.
As a celebration of The Pan American being back and better than ever the restaurant will serve complimentary Queen Mary cocktails for the next two weeks to diners who sample the brunch menu from 11am-4:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Diners can choose from Peruvian inspired plates like the Sweet Plantain Omelet or Hash with chorizo. Griddle cakes are served gluten free with plantains and strawberries while the house’s signature duo of cured and smoke wild salmon is topped with wheat berries that add a crunch to the popular menu item.
Spice up this season with a return to The Pan American.
