You could be seeing more zombies walking around the streets of Atlanta. The locally produced TV series “The Walking Dead” which airs on AMC has been renewed for a third season. There is something about the undead that draws in viewers. According to TVline.com, “The Walking Dead” has been ratings gold for the cable network that is home to shows like “Mad Men” and “Breaking Bad”. The second season of “The Walking Dead” premiered on October 16. The next episode airs Sunday at 9 P.M. on AMC, Atlanta Comcast channel 66/856. Be sure to check it out, previous episodes are available on OnDemand. Zombies and Vampires love the metro Atlanta area.
Tonight on a new episode of the action drama “Flashpoint,” the team gets called into action when the ransom drop for a kidnapping goes wrong. He team races to get a handle on the situation and try to resolve it with a good outcome. Don’t miss “Flashpoint” on a new network and new time, Tuesdays at 10 P.M. on Ion, WPXA-TV, Atlanta Comcast channel 10/812. For those of you not familiar with Ion, it’s an independent broadcast network formerly called Pax TV.
