The UFO Traffic Report for this past weekend included some older cases – 14 cases just reported but which occurred between September 22, 1971, and August 30, 2011, as reported to the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
August 30, 2011
GA – Three lights side-by-side; then two lights side-by-side a little below.
“I look up to the left a bit and right above the tree line, about 300 – 500 feet away and I noticed a set of lights over the trees and I thought to myself, that plane is flying really low,” the witness stated. “It’s going to crash. That’s when I noticed directly up and right of the set of lights, three more lights – in a line – and I focused on them and all of a sudden a fourth light appeared. And as the light on the left appeared, the one on the right disappeared.” MUFON Case # 32220.
TX – Sphere – all white – at least 15 feet; hovered, then took off against the wind.
“As we drove closer, I could literally see there was nothing – nothing holding it up,” the witness stated. “It literally was a pure white sphere, except the bottom seems to be more tucked in guess – or more skinner What first amazed me was the fact that this thing looked like it was just ”stuck” in the sky. I was not afraid of that. What made all my hair stand up was the fact that this sphere had turned sideways slowly and I swear on everything holy – it took off so fast. It left a kinda clear trial when it ”went’ – where is went?” MUFON Case # 32226.
July 31, 2011
CA – Red pulsating light emmitting white pulsating lights – driving from San Diego to Palmdale on route 138 at approximately 9 p.m.
“The object was a red orb approximately golfball or baseball size from our point of view, pulsating slowly then vanished,” the witness stated. “Didn’t move anywhere; just dissappeared. About a minute later, the orb reappeared in the same place and started emmitting what looked like shooting stars, but they were falling to the ground. After about six of these slow-falling stars, the orb dissappeared again, only to return after approx. one minute and started the star deployment again, this time with 10 stars falling. The orb did this same thing two more times, so a total of four vanashings and reappearances. The last appearance, it dropped five more of these stars and the red orb got really bright and dissappeared for good this time.” MUFON Case # 32217.
July 30, 2011
IA – Reddish-Orange light in sky; hovered for 5 minutes then sped northward.
“It was a reddish-orange light in the sky about the size of my small finger’s fingernail,” the witness stated. “It hovered in the sky and did not move. It was approximately between 30 degrees and 40 degrees above the horizontal. I could almost make out a disk shape on the right edge of it. The light covered the entire object. It glowed reddish-orange. It almost seemed as if it were on fire.” MUFON Case # 32199.
July 4, 2011
IN – Orange-gold sphere shaped objects in a triangle formation.
“Moved solely in a triangle formation while smaller diamond colored/lit object came from different areas were like all over at different speeds and altitudes,” the witness stated. “Moved with formation. There was far off in the distance up in the sky a large bright object also.” MUFON Case # 32200.
July 2, 2011
TX – Red/orange lights; three groups of four passed directly overhead.
“They were directly overhead in a clear stary sky,” the witness stated. “We watched as they moved off to the northeast. We looked back and four more were comming. No sound, no flashing or rotating like an aircraft beacon. These four moved off following the first four. Then four more came and followed the others. They were directly overhead, I would guess at about 500 to 800 feet. We watched them fly away toward the northeast very slowly until they all disappeared out of sight, probably 15 to 20 miles away. They were getting higher in the sky as they flew away.” MUFON Case # 32215.
July 1, 2011
MO – Flat oval, Bright orange. Three to five bright, small, white lights down center line appeared late in sighting.
“It was moving from south to north and it was rock steady in its movement,” the witness stated. “I kept waiting to hear a sound from engines, but it was absolutely quiet. After a few seconds it cleared the tree and came into full view. I kept trying to make it into an airplane of some sort, but I knew without a doubt that it wasn’t anything like I had ever seen. After a few seconds I noticed that there were a row of bright white lights (small) starting to appear on a lateral line running from the front of the object (stating maybe a quarter of the way back from the front and extended about halfway back along the object). These white lights were small, bright and sharp.” MUFON Case # 32252.
February 25, 2011
ME – Personal encounter with entity.
“He began conversing in a language which I did not and do not understand as it was comprised of mostly metal-scraping sound and chirping,” the witness stated. “I saw the ‘other.’ He had big oval obsidian eyes and stood about 5′ 6″. I could not understand the language, yet I knew what he way saying, as if he were communicating telepathically in a manner I could understand. I distinctly remember him telling me his name in a way I could speak it as ‘Raucyac’ and told me that he was there to talk to me.”
August 6, 2006
CO – 6 orange and dull silver flying in formation.
“I saw something coming directly over us,” the witness stated. “It was perfectly quiet flying in formation. No lights were visible except for two which were decending and had like landing lights on. They were apparently absorbed by the six bigger objects. They made a turn about a point and went over a business, but were huge when they came over us. The first turn about a point was a left turn. They made another turn about a point in an ascending manner to the right. Then they just hit the button and were out of sight fast enough – you could only observe one. Apparently they hit the edge of our atmosphere and emitted a bright blue pinpoint of light and just disappeared.” MUFON Case # 32228.
June 16, 2002
MO – Light in the sky that changed direction abruptly.
“The closest I can come to explaining the movement is like a helicopter that can fly sideways, but the light did not stop and then move sideways,” the witness stated. “It was moving forward heading west and then it shot north and was out of sight much faster than it seemed possible from watching the way planes fly. It was like it was moving at a steady pace and as soon as it changed direction, it moved like at a speed like nothing I have ever seen.” MUFON Case # 32225.
June 7, 1995
MI – Bright light off in the distance over lake Michigan; like a boat, but moved too fast and raised above and below the water. The closer it got it was like a huge black mass.
“As it got closer, I saw a huge black mass but could not make out any shape,” the witness stated. “When it got within a hundred feet, it shot away so fast it was unbelievable. I couldn’t hear anything but some thunder from the storm. It was now about 10 miles away from me. It would hover off the water and sometimes look as if it would enter the water. After watching it go up and down for awhile, it soon entered the storm and that was the last I saw it.”
August 10, 1985
CA – Airborne burnt orange Octahedron shaped object seen from hotel room.
“The object appeared to be kind of an elongated octahedron-oriented, vertically vice horizontally, with distinct corners and slowly rotating clockwise as viewed from the ground,” the witness stated. “It appeared to be a kinda burnt orange color, so at first I thought that it was an errant target from the Pacific Missile Test Range out of Pt. Mugu. The object moved slowly and horizontally and was in my sight less than a minute.” MUFON Case # 32219.
March 9, 1982
NJ – Over the 82-acre field, it just stayed there; then two objects entered it at a high rate of speed.
“It looked just like one of those toys you pump on the top and it spins; the middle was blasting all kinds of light,” the witness stated. MUFON Case # 32224.
September 22, 1971
WA – Large orbs bright as a star.
“We both starred at it for a few seconds at it then it flew over a field where it met another star-Like light which was stationary,” the witness stated. “Then they both zigzagged across the night sky, then flew side-by-side to the northwest direction – slow at first – then vanished out of sight. There was no sound from the lights at any time that we could hear. The best way I can describe the movement and speed of these lights would be just as you would shine a laser pointer on a wall, then zigzagg the light as fast as you could from right to left. This is how fast they moved.” MUFON Case # 32229.
