First we have to become keenly aware of our daily nutrition. It is most helpful to identify it in a concrete way, by writing down the specific foods we consume at each meal and for snacks. Once the clear, complete, and honest picture of our daily Nutritional Health emerges then it can be determined at what nutritional health level we are at.
These daily nutritional levels can be divided into three categories: Poor Nutritional Health, Average Nutritional Health, and Excellent Nutritional Health. Obviously we all want to achieve and maintain Excellent Nutritional Health on a daily basis. So, now we can determine what specific changes we are going to make in order to move into and stay at the daily Excellent Nutritional Health level.
Each of us is a unique individual that may have different food preferences and more importantly different food “allergies” or reactions that may cause us to seek alternate food and yet healthy nutritional food sources.
