Baby Time 10:15 am A gentle lap-sit with action rhymes, fingerplays, and books for babies. Infants & pre-walkers only, please.
Toddler Time 11 am We’ll sing, dance, and share our love for books & learning. Don’t be shy and bring your dancing shoes!
Preschool Storytime 11:30 am “Big Kids” get a storytime of their own. Longer stories, a variety of early literacy concepts, listening, and pre-classroom skills. Perfect for 3-5 year olds.
Signing Time -4- Kids!—Tuesday, November 8 @ 10:15 am
Signing Time Academy is a terrific way for you and your child to learn American Sign Language (ASL) vocabulary as you play, sing, and sign along with your friends and family. As seen on Nick Jr., Signing Time’s multi-award winning original music brings ASL to life in a fun way that is sure to get your little ones a movin’ and a groovin’! This program is FREE and ALL ages are welcome!
Raindrop Therapy—Tuesday, November 8 @ 6 pm

Kid’s Fall Crafts—Wednesday, November 9 @ 3 pm
The leaves are starting to fall, so bring the kids to our fall crafting event! Come into the library to make a Thanksgiving placemat, and several other fun fall crafts. All materials will be provided. Everyone is welcome, because we don’t want to leaf anyone out!
National Gaming Day Celebration—Saturday, November 12 @ 12-4 pm
(Ages 8 and above) We’ll be having an extra long video gaming day to celebrate National Gaming Day, so come in and show us your stuff! We’ll have games for the Wii, X-Box, and PS3! Games for this day will be rated E & T, so there will be something for everyone.
Yoga Experience—Mondays, November 14, 21, 28 @ 10:30 am
Did you know Yoga improves physical flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina? At this FREE session we’ll explore practical, easy ways to take care of the body, reduce stress and relax, improve breathing and energy levels. J.A.A.M. (Japanese Anime @ Main)—Monday, November 14 @ 5 pm
Tweens, teens, and young twenty-somethings are invited to the monthly meeting of our new anime club, where you can meet others with similar interests. We’ll be viewing assorted Anime & enjoying Japanese candy. Feel free to wear a costume if you’d like and come JAAM with us!

Writing on Contract: Ghostwriting Up Close—Saturday, November 19 @ 10:15 am
There are many ways to make writing lucrative. Journalists write for hire, as do many copywriters, and then there is ghostwriting. Everyone has a story to tell. Ghostwriting contracts can vary from no author credit and a paycheck, to payment with full credit for the work. The incredible journey involved with writing books for other people is one of the major bonuses a ghostwriter will have long after the check has been deposited in the bank. Bedtime Stories—Tuesday, November 22 @ 6 pm
Make reading time an affair for the whole family! Young children are invited to wear pajamas and bring a blanket or favorite cuddly toy for stories, songs, fingerplays, and other activities during this fun evening storytime.
